A slice of insight along my journey

I am a creative who has had a full life,

living in Johannesburg, New York , Los Angeles,

and now on the outskirts of Plettenberg Bay.

In my mid teens I heard the sentence “Energy never dies, it Transmutes”.

This completely fascinated me and sent me on a journey of exploration.

It opened up metaphysical possibilities and at that young age I began to realise,

All things are truly connected.

EVERYTHING is energy.

In 1980 I began collecting crystals and they have journeyed with me on many paths,

accompanying me in my darkest most difficult times, offering me joy and love and literally… light.

40 years later, in early 2020 I became a certified crystal therapist.

It felt like I slipped into a familiar practice, one that I had known eternally.

A new and exciting direction has been unfolding ever since.

For many years, every day I honour North, South, East & West,

Michael, Raphael, Gabriel, Uriel, Saint Germain & Metatron I thank Time, Weather, Light, Colour, Sound & Sacred Geometry

 

I pay homage to Air, Water, Fire, Earth and  Ether

I Acknowledge the Devic Kingdom, the overseers of our plants

The Sylphs, the Undines, the Salamanders and the Gnomes,

Noting with great reverence that the Gnomes are the custodians of the rocks and mineral kingdom.

Thanking the sacred gems as well as all my teachers that have passed the knowledge down
